Q. What are your operating hours?
Our gym operates from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Six days a week.
(Closed on Sunday)
Q. Do I need to book a slot before coming to the gym?
Booking is not required for regular gym usage. trail sessions bookings may require prior reservation.
Q. Is there a trial session available?
Yes, we offer a free trial session for new members. Please contact the front desk or register via our Website.
2. Membership & Payments
Q. What membership plans do you offer?
We offer monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly, yearly, and personal training packages. Corporate and couple memberships are also available.
Q. Can I freeze or pause my membership?
No, membership can be paused only in few exceptional reasons. Details are available at the front desk or in the membership contract.
Q. Are there any cancellation or joining fees?
Joining and cancellation fees vary by plan. Details are available at the front desk or in the membership contract.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash.

Yes, certified personal trainers are available. Sessions can be booked separately according to your fitness goals.
Q. What group classes do you provide?
Currently we are not providing any group classes.

Q. What should I do if I feel unwell during a workout?
Stop immediately and inform a trainer or staff member. First‑aid support is available.
Q. Are there any age restrictions?
Members must be 16+. Minors may require parental consent.
Q. How often is equipment sanitized?
Equipment is cleaned regularly throughout the day.

Q. How do I access my member account?
Use your registered mobile number or email to log in.
Q. What if I forget my password?
You can reset it through the “Forgot Password” option in the app.
